As a member of this hotel chain and a regular guest of their hotels all over Germany, Im always pleasantly surprised of how different this hotel is.
Everything is just right, the moment you arrive they make you fill at home.

More than just a bed!

From the moment I checked in I felt comfortable and the check in was seamless and fast, especially appreciated after traveling the whole day.
The rooms/suite are spacious functional and I was particularly luck to be on the courtyard side where I could open the window and hear the birds!

Suzanne or Susan, the night manager was the perfect Host and saw to it that we were nice and comfortable for our stay in Hamburg at the NH Discovery Hamburg City. The restaurant recommended next door "September" was great and we took practicall all our meals there, except for Breakfast which the Hotel had a nice set-ep downstairs, reception level, for a nice choice of items one could want, even offered to make speci...

For one night in Hamburg watching a Soccer Game in Volksparkstadion. After a bad night trip with German ICE i arrived 9am to drop off my little Baggage. Was no problem with really friendly Front Desk Team. Smiling from heart with typical Hamburg humor makes my day better. Check in in afternoon also perfect.
