Pleasant stay, super polite staff

We were a group of 17 people and we had a great time in the hotel. Special thanks to Mr. Hassan at the front desk who made our stay very comfortable and who is always super polite and helpful. Good breakfast, decent rooms, far from the centre but close to the awesome city park and just minutes drive from the airport....

Best wake up alarm in the area (Rant)

Besides being an ugly looking hotel, the rooms are ok.
But! The drilling and hammering at 9AM was just unacceptable.
Any conscientious hotel personnel would warn their customers about it and offer quieter rooms in case of a later check out. They didn't say anything and I got rudely awakened by this extremely loud drill noise. Talking about a wake up alarm...!
Next time, why don't you wait for people to check out, ...

Good and abundant breakfast. The room was clean and big and the bed comfortable. Helpful staff. Some rooms are located on a floor without lift. The hotel location is a bit far from the center but the metro and the train are 5 min from the hotel. The overall impression was good and I would recommend it. ...

I wish to drop you a line to let you know, the calm and businesslike manner Miss Esther took in answering me on the phone. She helped me with the shipment of a package, which had been left there by a colleague of mine during a previous stay.

Like every other Leonardo hotel, for the proximity next to the highway clean 10, a room bigger than in the Ulm hotel, Very good price-quality ratio, the only complaint for me is: it's not very accessible if you don't have a car. cheap, so don't expect much...
