Allow me by stating the facts that - I had no intention initially to sending any review as such, as I respect the industry and all the hard work behind the hotel operation/management. Have been in the industry for over 12 years.
First time in Hamburg, first time in this hotel (definitely does not deserve a 5 star, hard to reach a 4 star if compared to level of service compared to other countries in EU.

A world class traditional hotel in Hamburg with spectacular balcony views,large indoor heated pool and spa. Spacious luxury rooms close to the train station and the lake. Large living areas and delicious food,especially buffet breakfast....
