We were here on a lads break for a short weekend,apartments were spacious and clean, right in the middle of everything,coffee and tea were free all day,staff were polite and helpful,Would recommend for a weekend break,bring earplugs for the church bells...

Nice hotel in Hamburg

We visited Hamburg to see the Christmas markets and chose to stay here as was close enough to the centre of Hamburg.
Nothing bad to say about this hotel. We never spent much time apart from sleeping. The rooms and hotel were overall clean.
Would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to visit Hamburg....

Perfect location for everything to be in reasonable walking distance.
Lovely modern rooms with free tea, coffee. Staff friendly and helpful. Overall a positive experience at this hotel. Best bits : safe free and easy to use, soundproofing cuts any road noise v good....

The hotel was clean, comfortable and centric. Everything we needed for a one night stay. Front desk were courteous and friendly. Coffee and tea free 24-7. Good price for
being at the center of
town. Walking distance to all the sights. Great stay!...

Well located, good service, but loud surroundings

We staid for four days in one apartment on 4th floor with great views to St. Michaels church - very good isolated windows that we luckily didnt have to open as it was rainy cold - as the church bells and the busy main street are very loud. Strange sounds in rhythmic repetition later were associated with the tube train vibration from tunnels underneath the hotel
