The best part of the hotel is the location. It is close to the train station. Lots of restaurants close by. The room was small and out dated. The air conditioning didn't work, so I had to open the window which was a big headache at night as there was lot of noise from outside. For the price I paid it was disappointing....

The Warwick is conveneint to the train station. The room was spacious, quiet and very comfortable. Very good breakfast buffet....

Terrible service and arrogant receptionist

There were changes in my work travel so I made 2 bookings for 2 days (so there was a booking for 15-16.10 and 16.10-17.10), both bookings were for two reindeer in a classic room.
I was traveling with my wife.
When I arrived at the reception I was told that the god (receptionist Gloria) had upgraded me to the most luxurious room for the first night but the next day I had to move to a classic room.
