Worst hotel I have ever stayed, wish I had skipped Geneva completely.

This hotel was booked by my travel agent so I had no idea what I was getting, looking at the website the picture look quite nice, but, not my room I arrived early and could not check in, so I said I would return. When back they said my suitcase had already been taken to my room. Reception staff were super helpful, room was clean, super position and not too far from the train station. Breakfast was very good. We loved the quirkiness of the teeny, tiny lift! The room was toasty warm.was appreciated but we did leave a window open and turn the heater off at night as we prefer a cooler room to sleeping. Beds comfortable. Tiffany Hotel had excellent service and was a wonderful location for the Geneva portion of our Swiss Honeymoon. The location is less than a twenty minute walk from the train station and had excellent access into oldtown, shopping, and the lake. The staff was very helpful upon our early arrival and very accommodating to storing bags. The room was clean and was quiet at night for being in the middle of the city. We wou...
