Stayed here for one night.
Comfortable, clean and spacious room (they upgraded me to a superior room) with walk-in shower. Staff were welcoming at check-in, And when I got to the room, a dog bed and food and water dishes were already there.
Note that parking is valet only.

Excellent and warm receptionist, excellent layout, excellent for the food, and excellent for the room. Colorful led lamp which means this hotel had an new style and also had an briliant ideas. The main thing is all section from this hotel and also the crew is perfect...

My stay in Geneva

My first time in Geneva. Nice room and nice design with interesting lighting system in the room, very comfy bed. Its located only 10 minutes walking from main station and 5 minutes to the Geneva Lake. The breakfast is bit poor. No fresh juices, only 1 type of bread, ham and cheese, very little fresh fruits, coffee was so and so. If you travel a lot you will see the difference wheny you eat here....

What we loved
- the rain shower that got lovely and hot
- the additional amenities in the bathroom (cotton wool, hair band, conditioner and extra shampoo)
- the lighting options in the bedroom
- the breakfast(while 30CHF each it was worth it and nearby cafes had very similar prices)
- the helpful receptionist who stored our bikes for us and let us use the garage to reassemble our bikes

Our recent visit to N'vY Hotel in Geneva was far from pleasant, primarily due to the rude and unhelpful service we encountered. We stayed from Oct. 3 to 4, 2024. Upon arrival, we were met by a blonde counter receptionist (I do not have her name) who seemed to graciously disregard our continued claim that they were not giving us the rooms we had paid for.
