What we loved
- the rain shower that got lovely and hot
- the additional amenities in the bathroom (cotton wool, hair band, conditioner and extra shampoo)
- the lighting options in the bedroom
- the breakfast(while 30CHF each it was worth it and nearby cafes had very similar prices)
- the helpful receptionist who stored our bikes for us and let us use the garage to reassemble our bikes

Our recent visit to N'vY Hotel in Geneva was far from pleasant, primarily due to the rude and unhelpful service we encountered. We stayed from Oct. 3 to 4, 2024. Upon arrival, we were met by a blonde counter receptionist (I do not have her name) who seemed to graciously disregard our continued claim that they were not giving us the rooms we had paid for. I stay in the best. And this is one of the best. Hospitality top notch. Everything in the hotel is so well done. The bartender, housekeeping, manager. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Nvy. When we return, this will be the hotel we book at....

Stayed on Aug 29 through September 4 and I made my reservation directly through the hotel. On Saturday September 2 around 8:30 I told the lady to clean our room and she said ok will do . Right after that a man on the reception jumped and told me that my room will not be cleaned because its a long story for 6 days and its a Stdio and he told me its and I should check the papers inside the room . A lovely hotel. Our room was a standard double and very modern and clean
Plenty of room for us. Shower was lovely. Air con in the room. Had everything we needed. Mini fridge wasnt very cold.
Hotel its self was lovely to look at and all staff were friendly and helpful. My only negative was the restaurant/ bar/ foyer were hot so possibly not air conditioned
