My family & I enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much. It was conveniently close to reach the city centre on foot and also the train station and Flixbus station. We enjoyed very much the food and service of the restaurant. Staff was very kind and helpful to advice good solutions in case of need. We all liked the room received very much....

Absolutely horrendous customer service from the staff at the reception.

Seriously not a place I would like to stay with my family again. We were arriving from gstaad at 10pm and therefore checked in late. As gold Accor members we were given a room which was decent but nothing special. Reception staff was abrupt and defensive.
I am so shocked to see that there is a blood stain also on the pillow and room therefore wasnt made until very late or shall I say prepared as its fresh.

This hotel chain never fails. Nice location, walking distance to everything, Geneva center, Cornavin station, Lake Geneva, Bains des Paquis and shopping areas. Comfortable beds, comfortable and clean rooms. Our room did not have a view, but is was worh the stay. Lots of choices for food and dining....

Hotel itself is well maintained and comfortable. The majority of staff are very polite, well mannered and helpful. But I absolutely would not recommend for families or couples. The hotel is situated very close to the airport and train station but I really wouldnt recommend due to the noise, possibly worse as we were only on the first floor. 2/3 nights were spent awake listening to shouting and screaming until 3am f...

Have stayed here a few times on trips to Geneva and it has always been a good experience.
Location is convenient for walking to train station and lake with plenty of restaurants nearby.
Room and bathroom are a reasonable size. Coffee maker, safe deposit and fridge in room. Good size towels and Rituals toiletries in bathroom. Note there is body lotion but no hair conditioner, which I find a bit random (there is a B...
