Stayed for just one night when in Geneva for business. Check in was smooth and the room was decent.
Wasnt too impressed with the breakfast. They ran out of bread and during the 30 min l was there it was not being refilled - Has to be said there were other options available such as croissants and pancakes....

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Located close to main attractions, shop and bus terminal....

A bit overrated but very nice staff

Extremely nice and helpful staff. The bedding was too stiff for my back, and the coffee machine in the room was broken. Decoration mix between Oriental references, purple velvet and strong smell of fondue was interestingly weird. The location is perfect, but regarding the price I found the level of comfort was not sufficient....

Stayed here on my first visit to Geneva, the hotel is in a nice location, just a couple of blocks from the lake. Easy walk to everything to include the old town. It is also a couple of blocks from the bus station, where I had taken a Flex bus to Annecy for half-day trip. My room was very clean and had a no issues with the room or sleep. Excellent location. Just off the beaten path/hot spots... Walking distance to train station. Clean. Exceptional customer service. We asked for a quiet room and Karim hooked us up with a perfect room. Very happy. Would definitely stay at this hotel again....
