Old hotel, convenient location

Poorly designed room in an outdated hotel, but the location and breakfast are good, and its quiet despite proximity to the train station. Nice city view from the panorama room, where breakfast is served. Bring your own pillow if you want to sleep....

Very good breakfast, in a large breakfast room on the 8th floor with spectacular views over the town.
We had a large room overlooking the square with a view of taxis busses and trams. Its adjacent to the station, but the position was ok. 10 minute walk to lake , plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. . Would stay there again.....

Convenient hotel for a night stop in Geneva

We landed late and didnt want to drive in the night to Charmonix so we found this near the train station that we can hop on the train from the airport and few minutes walk to the hotel. The stay was pleasant and staffs were helpful. We even squeezed in a quick city tour the next day after storing our luggages in the hotel before going back to airport to pick up car for our trip. Stayed in this hotel while visiting Geneva with my sister and my cousin.
We had a room for three people with three single beds. The room wasnt very spacious but big enough for a three-night-stay. The weird thing was that the wall between the bathroom and the actual room was open from the top so it wasnt as private as it should have been. Had we not known each other so well, it could have been very awkward.

Spectacular hotel, incredible panoramic rooms, beautiful lobby, impeccably clean, quite spacious, incredibly thoughtful touches (bath accessories, drying bar, fridge, etc), large bath...and I honestly cannot think of a better way to see the city than from a room on the upper floors - the pic was my view. I've never heard of Fassbind hotels before but will look for them going forward. Wow....
