The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Rooms are great, good size and has all amenities bathrooms. Very clean rooms plus the location close to old city and lake.
what needs to be improved is the variety of food in breakfast

a renewed hotel with a friendly staff clean and nice facilities
wonderful location near everything and the train station to
breakfast need to be in a bigger location with more kinds
we couldn't find an empty table for two days we wait for few minutes
the lobby is small with no setting area...

Stay in the middle of Geneva

Location is great. Four Seasons is across the street and Ritz Carlton is on other end of the block if that tells you something. Lake Geneva is at end of the block, main bus station is about two blocks away, train station is a five/six minute walk, plenty of restaurants nearby. You are in the middle of Geneva when staying here.

Amazing location, beautiful property, clean and comfortable rooms, but I didnt like the breakfast.
Its a good hotel if you want to be close to everything (train station, old town, shopping district and restaurants).
The staff were friendly. Everything was clean and pleasant....

Very good location, few meters from the Railway Station and close to the historical center. Good facilities. Rooms are nicely decorated, comfortable bed and pillows. Good sound insulation, secure a quite sleep. Friendly staff, large desks for work and plenty of plugs!...
