For room amenities we need to use App. That does not work. Front desk needs 3 phone calls to be able to get dental kit. Check-in person told me he will email when room gets ready. No email came. As an international traveller, cannot believe the state of affairs of this hotel....

SOOOO GOOD!!! If y'all dislike germs and are germfreaks like me, this hotel is for you because it's sooo clean. It's also very pretty! And they have a robot that can bring stuff to your room! We loved frankfurt so much and are already planning our next trip here and we'll be back!!...

I liked the design, the clealliness and the breakfast. it is also very close to the subway and to the Messe Frankfurt....

Fantastic nights sleep & unique room with a view!

Great looking hotel in a fantastic location. My room had a fantastic first impression and everything I could ever need was in one place.
Having my own iron and ironing board really was a nice touch and something quite rare when it comes to hotel stays.
The room was funky but comfortable, air con was fantastic and the view was great too!
No complaints here ...

WOOOOWWW!!! What an incredibly cool hotel, unique design!! We absolutely loved our stay and felt like superstars. Our stay already started more than perfectly, as Samir took care of our check-in in such a kind way, with the biggest smile and total charisma. This just makes a difference when arriving at a place.
