Ok but not for tourists. Receptions staff could be a little less grumpy!?

Not a bad hotel particularly perhaps if you are on business but not well located for tourists with very limited later dining nearby.
For some reason I was given a disabled friendly room but that took away some of ambience for me as it was not needed (wet room type shower with curtain and handrails everywhere) - are all rooms like that?
Asked reception if the minibar was free or paid for and was given a snooty resp...

Great from start to finish.
Well located with good underground connections.
Twin room on 6th floor with a great view.
Room lovely and spacious with a quirky design. Well appointed bathroom. Tea and coffee replenished daily.
Breakfast leaves you spoilt for choice. Smoked salmon (my favourite), omelettes cooked to order.
Reception staff very helpful, Reception treats and doughnuts fab after a long day out.

For room amenities we need to use App. That does not work. Front desk needs 3 phone calls to be able to get dental kit. Check-in person told me he will email when room gets ready. No email came. As an international traveller, cannot believe the state of affairs of this hotel....

SOOOO GOOD!!! If y'all dislike germs and are germfreaks like me, this hotel is for you because it's sooo clean. It's also very pretty! And they have a robot that can bring stuff to your room! We loved frankfurt so much and are already planning our next trip here and we'll be back!!...
