Great location, superb staff, central!

A fantastic hotel which is centrally located in Frankfurt. Close to the Festhalle (for all concert goers!) and shopping centres and a short walk to the central train station and city centre. A great base for a few days in Frankfurt. The excellent Masoom at front desk helped us check in speedily and with no issues and ensure all our queries were answered! Highly recommend this hotel....

This is one of the best properties I have stayed in. I must mention the great hospitality provided by Shareefi . He is very helpful , understanding and really makes you feel at home. He is truly a star who takes care of every issue that you may face. The breakfast buffet is also very tasty....

Glad I didnt get a chance to read the reviews as I ended up booking this hotel at 3am after being stranded on the airport floor by my airline, and by chance this hotel seemed to have the last room available in town and my experience was pretty pleasant.
I arrived around 3am. The check-in took quite some time, but the receptionist was lovely (he had kept the room for me over the phone!) and even offered to go get m...

I finally feel safe enough to write this review. I booked 3 nights at this hotel in Germany as I was there for an influencer trip. We were arriving after midnight, around 1 a.m. I called days before the hotel to make sure if we had to purchase another stay since we were arriving after midnight.
