The room was clean and large, very good quality linen and pillows. The breakfast is good, but most of all the service of the breakfast with Sussie leading was amazing. She is extremely helpful, fast, thoughtful and considerate. breakfast is worthy only because she is there....

From the moment I walked in to the hotel lobby, I felt a warm welcome. The room was well appointed, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a wide arrange of options, and the cook-to-order scrambled eggs were fantastic. Highly recommend!...

Ive Stayed at the NH frankfurt messe every time I was in Frankfurt & I love it ! Thats a total of 10 times (11 if you count the time my flight was cancelled & had to come back from the airport and catch the next one on another day)
This hotel never disappoints me :) its located in a nice, clean & very safe area of Frankfurt, the hotel itself is very clean (and I have very high cleanliness standards) and the staff...

The lobby could use an upgrade but the rooms are very nice and new looking and very clean. It is also has a great location to the subways. Staff were friendly. Our only complaint was that the air conditioning in our room was not working and had to be moved to another room which was a bit smaller. Staff seemed to be aware that the air was not working in our room but did not advise us until after we went to our room ...
