Amazing stay!!!
My wife and I loved our stay here the view was unreal staff were exceptional, they did everything they could to help us. Location was very convenient and close to all the spots we wanted to visit. Will definitely be coming back here on many occasions! Thanks again :)...

Beautiful hotel with chic furnishings and amenities to make you feel at home. The breakfast buffet was very well stocked and delicious. Shout-out to the restaurant staff onsite Juyong and Emma, they made us feel very welcome and pampered!...

i# stayed one Night in the Spine. A suite with Number 2006.
Amazing view but the room was cold as hell.
No way to heat it up.
The Thermostate in the Bath is broken and cold.
The Reception was not avail for hours via Phone to complain.
There was no way to move the Room, even as the hotel was not fully booked.
YES the Hotel is nice, nice location but not a premium offer....

This place has high aspirations but sadly did not live up to them. The greeting at reception was perfunctory. We were checked in with minimal communication:

I hand over my passport into silence. There is much tapping of the computer keyboard, printing & folding then I am handed the key card.

We only stayed one night here but it was a fabulous experience. From check in through to breakfast the staff we encountered were impeccable. Professional, knowledgeable and happy to give excellent service with a smile. Well located close to the Frankfurt Main train station and only a 15 minute uber to the airport.
