The hotel itself looks modern and clean when entering the main reception area and the same can be said for all the communal areas. The rooms I would say are again clean and tidy but we just felt they seemed a little dated compared to the communal areas. However the rooms are clean, tidy, spacious and comfortable. My daughter and grandson stayed here for Euros, lovely big room, brekkie was so good. However my grandson took a seizure at the Fanzone, the staff were amazing allowing us a late check out not charging and honestly taking care of us all. Thank you so much, your employers should be so proud....

Slow service

Last day at this hotel today, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the garden space is lovely, a bit of a walk to town but there are frequent trams,
Downside is the bar/restaurant in the evening, not sure if short staffed but the few nights we spent in there were an absolute shambles, slow service, forgetting orders, tables cluttered.
Now I know the Euros are on so surely they could have brought in more staff, altho...

Maret is a great staff

The front desk staff are extremely kind and helpful. In particular, Maret is very very kind. As a foreigner who comes to Frankfurt for a conference but does not have an adaptor for chargers, Maret lent his own charger to me several times. I really appreciate it. He is such a kind and hard-working staff....

I recently stayed at the Mercure Hotel & Residenz Frankfurt Messe and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. Upon arrival, I encountered a disorganized front desk with no queuing system and I was skipped even though I was waiting patiently.
