We were treated very well for the duration of our stay. Arrived at 7 am after international flight. Asked desk people if we could leave our luggage and/or have an early checkin.
W were sent for a complimentary breakfast and were in our room shortly after 9am.
Not expected but certainly appreciated....

Terrible customer service. I left my overcoat and hat on the sofa in the lobby and they were no longer there when I returned. The hotel, clearly annoyed, refused to check the security cameras or provide any assistance, even though everything had happened on their premises. The German Civil Code obliges hoteliers to take responsibility in such cases, but they ignored all civil laws and those concerning good customer r...

We stayed at the Maritime Hotel Frankfurt 22nd to 29th June. We were in Germany to follow Scotland in the Euros. We had room 846 which was on the top floor with a view across the city. There was a problem with our room safe on arrival but this was fixed eventually on the 2nd day. We found staying at the hotel was a lovely experience and the staff were very nice and friendly. Unfortunately I stayed in this hotel the last week for the Eurocopa, I had around fifteen glasses from the stadiums, I forgot them in the room on the table. I checked out at 4 am (like 6 hours before check out) I realized at 4 am, I sent 3 emails, to info.fra and the other to housekeeping. I called many times and no one give me an answer or solution. Very Good overall. Clean comfortable good ammenities in room. Meet basic needs. Hotel bar and eating areas have a nice ambiance. Can get busy. Location is ok for business needs. I would not suggest convenient for city exploring. Has a shopping plaza in walking distance....
