Bed Bugs!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This hotel is disgusting, staff incredibly rude.

AVOID!!! I recently stayed at Hamburger hotel, and it was the worst experience of my life!!! I woke up covered in bed bugs, which had bitten into my scalp, arms, and legs!!! It was a horrifying and disgusting experience!!! I opened my pillow case and saw over 10 bedbugs crawling around. See below photo

This hotel is across the street from the main train station. You can see the blue sign of the hotel when you walk out from the station. As mentioned in many reviews, the location of this hotel is fantastic. Literally 5 mins walk from the Frankfurt central station after a long flight and short 15min train ride from the Frankfurt airport. It is also a short u-bahn ride to the main shopping area. I was able to check-in early due to room availability which was much appreciated.

This is a quiet, well-located hotel with tidy rooms. Its proximity to the main train station makes it very convenient. I didnt get the free breakfast mentioned on TripAdvisor. They did agree to store my luggage for 5-6 hours. They kindly gave me a non-smoking room....
