For a 4 star hotel and nearly $300/night one would expect more. The room was warm with A/C that was not powerful enough to get it cooler. The hotel itself is old and just doesnt look very nice.
Bed was comfortable, nice staff, large roomthat was nice.
But they made it sound at check in that breakfast was included only to find upon checkout that it was not included and we were charged 30/person for some bread, eg...

I stayed for one night during the EURO 224 in the hotel.
The hotel is perfectly located in front of the main railway station Frankfurt HBF.
The price of 82 was very cheap for a gameday in Frankfurt.
An additional charge of 20 for an early check in (2h) is ok and the check in was comfortable.
Unfortunately some other things were not nice :
1. Next to the window the carpet floor was wet.

Alexandra, the hotel receptionist, went above and beyond to assist me during my recent stay. I had previously stayed in a particular room and hoped to stay in it again if it was available. Alexandra made every effort to accommodate my request, ensuring I could stay in that specific room. Having traveled to over 52 countries, I can confidently say this was some of the best service I have ever experienced....

This hotel is practically perfect. It has everything I need and the room is large with a great bed. Also there is an excellent restaurant for dinner. Its centrally located. We were very impressed with the front desk staff Brigitte and Mari-Liis assisted us upon arrival when our cab driver tried to talk us into paying twice. We really appreciated their take charge attitude and ability to handle the situation....
