Good afternoon, I need a favor. A guest Beatriz Castro, forgot the AirPods at the hotel, room 414, date on 12/23-24. They called the hotel and asked to send an email informing them of what happened.

Very good location in central Frankfurt, small supermarket with everything you need and tube station within walking distance, helpful staff, spacious rooms, nice breakfast even with international newspapers, definitely recommended for Business trips....

For a 4 star hotel and nearly $300/night one would expect more. The room was warm with A/C that was not powerful enough to get it cooler. The hotel itself is old and just doesnt look very nice.
Bed was comfortable, nice staff, large roomthat was nice.
But they made it sound at check in that breakfast was included only to find upon checkout that it was not included and we were charged 30/person for some bread, eg...

I stayed for one night during the EURO 224 in the hotel.
The hotel is perfectly located in front of the main railway station Frankfurt HBF.
The price of 82 was very cheap for a gameday in Frankfurt.
An additional charge of 20 for an early check in (2h) is ok and the check in was comfortable.
Unfortunately some other things were not nice :
1. Next to the window the carpet floor was wet.
