Its a great hotel. Staff is always super nice and friendly, especially manager Aziz! Stayed here many times, always perfect experience! Location is 5-10 minutes walk from Goethestrasse shopping street, very convenient. Pet friendly. Parking across the street. Nothing negative to say....

We had a short city trip to Frankfurt, just to relax and had some shopping:) And the Avani was just the right place to stay! Location was superb! Easy access with S-bahn from/to airport and it was so close to Zeil shopping street! The Hotel was nicely decorated - it was Halloween:) We had a suite with early check in and they offered a free minibar. The suite was clean and had all we need- espresso, bathrobes, slipp...

Great service when arriving early, Alex assisted us & went the extra mile for us to be comfortable at check-in. Hotel staff very friendly & happy to guide us, especially as it is our first time in Germany. Looking forward to our stay here at Avani...

Avani Hotel Frankfurt provided us excellent service and accommodations for both nights on the end of our 2-week European trip. Aziz, Alex and others on their professional team attended to every need quickly and thoughtfully, and the restaurant/bar has delicious food and drinks. Absolutely recommend this hotel - everything about it is fantastic. The location is great, the rooms are lovely. Hotel breakfast great options although a bit expensive. Bar is lovely with great cocktails and the hotel has the most fantastic staff you could ever wish for....
