The hotel staff was very attentive and friendly. In the morning, they prepared "personalized" coffee for us, the barista is the best of the best!!! Breakfast is delicious! Compliments to the chef! At the reception, the staff speaks English fluently. The rooms are clean, small, sometimes the air conditioner works, sometimes not so much, in some rooms there is a slightly stale smell. I revisited the hotel I stayed at when I visited Florence 7 years ago. It still has a good location and great service. The only disappointment was that the room had not been renovated, so the wallpaper and floor were a bit worn, and the bed mattress was not very firm. Except for the dim room lighting, everything was good. The staff was especially friendly....

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and were very pleased with it. All the staff were very helpful and attentive. Our room was large and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choices. Our only concern was that there were only two electrical sockets, both by the bed, which meant that the kettle had to be moved backwards and forwards to use it, something we felt was a potential hazard. We had one night in Florence and chosen this C Hotel, which were very nice! It is nicer than the Ibis in Milan that were staying at!
Our room was luxurious with spacious areas to move brother bed!
It is a five star because there was a kettle and tea and coffee facilities in the room. It has a safe that we could fit laptops into! The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure was good
