Conveniently located across from the main train station and less than ten minutes walk to the Duomo and other historic sites. The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a scenic view overlooking the train station with a Duomo backdrop....

Firstly, great location. Right opposite train station cannot miss it so perfect for arriving by train.
10/10 service from the minute of arrival through to check out. Every member of staff was polite, friendly and more than accommodating. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better, right beside the train station and within easy walking distance of all the major sights in Florence. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help, which added to the positive experience. Very basic hotel. Shower is in the bath and no cover around so the water went everywhere. Also the water wasnt very warm. The room is also very basic
and with old furniture which need replaced. A/C wasnt great so the room was warm. Room is clean and the breakfast is ok. Probably would go somewhere else....

Generally the hotel was good, we found it mostly clean, the staff were helpful and polite and the breakfast was good in range.
Breakfast was varied, had fruits, yogurts, bread and cakes, cereals, pastries and cooked items. As vegetarians we were happy with the selection but the only hot option for us was eggs, toast and peas or broccoli (which felt very random). The pastries were absolutely delicious however and it...
