Staff were so helpful and friendly, especially the concierge and reception staff. Having the free shuttle to the city square was really beneficial. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and everything was good and fresh. Our room had a private patio facing the river. Olive trees on the sides of it were so lovely. The bartenders were excellent, and it was nice to have a casual option for afternoon dining. Our room ...

This hotel is amazing...
The staff are lovely and so attentive, the food is amazing the best breakfast I have ever had. Amazing power shower.
River views are stunning.
Modern touches where needed.
Slightly out of the main square but a free shuttle taxi takes you in and picks you up....

Overpriced hotel that needs some work.

We spent 4 nights here. The hotel has pleasant staff including Peruvian car jockey/bellhop Joel. The rooms are large and nicely decorated.
It is located away from the Florence centre, on the Arne river with pretty river views. They provide a shuttle but the last trip back is at 16:55, mak8 g it useless for evening excursions. Taxis and Ubers are very expensive in Florence!

Nice staffs, nice locations, nice breakfast, everything is fine. But the swimming pool in Spa have a little bit too much water Desinfektion stuffs...
Way to hotel Entrance is not for big car.... But it is OK... Friendly valet parking.
Will come back for coming vacation again.......

The experience in hotel is excellent, staff is very friendly- family oriented.Great quite location, free shuttle bus to the center is the best.You can use mini wellness and the food in restaurant is for michellin star.If we come again to Florence we will choose the same hotel....
