The bed was very uncomfortable , the mattress vas very hard and it was impossible for me to sleep correctly
The Shower was a disaster
They lost an object in our room during the housekeeping
Ill never come back again , and I recommend every people whos reading this opinion to do the same...

Absolutely a new experience of an efficient hospitality in the midst of Florence!!! Efficient in all, clean and well organized guest room, roof top infinity swimming pool & GYM overlooking Florence!! Price - Value perfect!!

The youth-centric theme was vibrant and engaging, making it a fun environment for all ages. The decor and activities really captured a lively spirit! It's very close to the exhibition ground and the railway station is also at the walkable distance, with the tram station also being just across the road.

Nice hotel.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
The location is not good. Its walking distance to city center. Around 20min.
But the streets are very empty during the afternoon or night, so might be dangerous depending on who is walking...
The only convenience is to get to train station. About 7min walk.
Food, bed and cleaning were ok.
The bathroom is really small and the shower box is half open, so the floor gets wet ...

Fun atmosphere, within walking distance of the train station which is important because UBERs are ridiculously expensive in Florence. I work out every day even on vacation and it's hard to find a hotel with a decent fitness center; the Social Hub has a very good fitness center on the top floor with glass windows and an outdoor balcony offering a spectacular view of the entire city.
