The property is in a great location. The hotel has an old world charm and still uses an actual key to get into your room.
The room was a nice size, clean, and looked updated. The bathroom, however, was really small and the shower was almost too small to use. I will say that the bathroom was clean and also looked updated.
Breakfast was included in my stay and I was not a huge fan of the offering. It was just ok.

Hotel cancelled a couple of hours before we arrived. I was travelling with my 8 year old daughter. Absolutely shocking. Do not trust your booking at this hotel. I had to spend the first couple of hours on our trip searching for alternative accommodation ...

Don't book through 3rd pary here, the hotel will steal your money

Be forewarned, this hotel is very shady when booking a room through a 3rd party. I arrived on 9/14 and checked in. I showed my receipt that I paid Priceline for 3 days to Emmanual & Allessio. They said I was only booked for one night. I said no we are booked for 3. They said to take it up with Priceline. We were left to scramble and paid a high non-refundable rate to another hotel for the remaining 2 nights in Floren...

Amazing location with perfect view!

This was the perfect hotel for our stay in Florence. Close to the train and within walking distance of everything. Our room had a balcony overlooking the piazza. Amazing! The rooms weee clean and modern and huge. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of foods. We loved it all!...

Very nice hotel. Great location - easy to walk to most of the cool places in Firenze. Staff was top notch and very helpful. Why 4 stars and not 5? The "owner" (according to the front desk staff) turned off the AC because it was early October. But it was VERY warm for 2 nights - uncomfortably warm....
