The location was superb for experiencing Florence! The only complaint I had was the bathtub was way too high to get in and out of, and the caulk needed fixed...

This hotel was wonderful in a prime location steps away from the Ponte Vecchio.
The hotel was clean and well organized and very affordable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable.
Cant imagine staying in another place in Florence.
No one will regret booking this hotel....

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel 22 times out of the last 24 years!! Covid was the reason we missed two! The location at the end of the Ponte Vecchio iconic bridge is perfect. Very easy to walk the city from here. Despite its central location the hotel is quiet, well staffed, and what a breakfast!...

Location was terrific and the breakfast was the best we had on our trip. Room could have been cooler for our taste but we were told that the AC is turned off completely in October. Otherwise a great place to stay in Florence only a few yards from the Ponte Vecchio....

How this place gets any business is beyond me. The excessive air freshener smell in the lobby should be a big warning to everyone - its masking the disgusting smell that permeates through every other area of the hotel. I was glad to only be here for two nights.
This hotel ought to be a glittering gem in the heart of Florence due to its amazing location, but location is the ONLY this I can say that is positive about...
