Excellent staff, lovely service and wonderful stay. Location is right in the heart of the city. All major tourist places are around the hotel, which are walkable. Shopping is also there only. Food is great. Overall, it was a very comfortable and great experience....

We recently had an amazing stay at Palazzo Castri 1874. Hotel has a great location and excellent staff.

- Excellent as we were away from the crowds but still close to main sites:
- 10 minute walk from Firenze S.M.N station
- 8 minute walk to Accademia Gallery
- 4 minute walk to Market Centrale
- 10 minute walk to Duomo

Nice boutique hotel. Newly decorated with a small garden next to the restaurant. Breakfast was great and lots of varieties. Staff were helpful. I requested two breakfast boxes for our day trip which was before their opening time. The breakfast bag was already ready at the reception and they offered two hot coffee in paper cups to go. They are very considerate....

Great hotel and closeby to sites

I had a wonderful experience at the Palazzo, thanks to the fantastic team of associates. We enjoyed everything, from the outdoor bar service to the delicious breakfast in the morning, and our room was exceptionally nice. The location is also ideal; it's just a short walk to all the important sites and only a 10-minute walk to the train station. I highly recommend this place!...

Amazing super nice staff always very helpful . Hotel very clean , shower perfect , bed comfortable and beautiful garden .
Spa available to book .
Breakfast has a nice selection of hot and cold delights .
Literally a 10 minute walk to the centre for museums and huge selection of restaurants....
