Amazing from beginning to end. Every single hotel staff was welcoming and attentive to every need.
-Breakfast was great
-Spa was near perfect
-Location was great to get out and into the city central but quiet at night
-Short walk to train for day trip to other cities or country side
-Great cafes and trattoria's very close to hotel....

Fabulous hotel was very clean always smelt clean and fresh, our room was lovely modern and fresh I loved the rainfall shower it included robes & slippers the bed was comfortable and we both slept well, a quiet room we couldnt hear the other guests in their rooms we had a good view over the garden. The staff were friendly and helpful, we stayed for 2 nights with breakfast the food was delicious and a nice selection....

Many rooms face the garden which is very nice.
The bed is very comfortable and the rooms are very clean. The breakfasts is very good as well.

Lovely hotel with a short walk to all places. Staff very helpful and efficient at check in and holding bags on check out. Spa was clean and very relaxing. Room was also clean and plenty of towels and robes. A relaxing massage in a clean environment as well topped off our stay...

Great option for business or leisure travelers

Super nice boutique hotel with great vibe. It was convenient to be close to the convention center (Fortessa di Basso). It was also a short walk to the train station, Firenze Mercato Centrale (which I highly recommend) and other beatifful spots in the historic center if Florence.
Hotel staff friendly and helpful.
My room was comfortable, clean, convenient, well decorated.
Loved the hotel!...
