Average hotel with decent breakfast.
Location is not that great.
Rooms are oldish and the bathrooms are quite old and cramped.
Breakfast is really good. They offer continental breakfast options. Coffee is good but served once.
We were given a room in the -1 floor and WiFi there was terrible....

Absolutely a pleasure staying here. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Hotel only 2 stops away from Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station. Thank you to the staff for making my stay in Florence memorable. If or when I ever return, I'll definitely stay here again...

We enjoyed our time at this hotel. The front desk staff was amazing! Very convenient, walking location to the tram and the train station was only 2 stops away. The. Breakfast was as amazing as promised!...

We had no problems finding the apartment or getting in. Nice location. The apartment was very nice and clean. Lots of room for the three of us. Nice little kitchen with some supplies. Beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here....

The hotel has a very nice location (only 2-3 stops away from center city), so that we could also walk into the center city.
Parking was easy since we arrived via train and only rented a scooter.
The staff was exceptionally nice! It started with a nice talk upon check in and they always had a smile for us. (They even switched the A/C on for us earlier - just because the season hadnt officially started yet). Plus...
