The hotel is located at a very convenient place very close to the historical city centre.
They helped us a lot with all the information that we need and with the car parking.
I strongly recommend this property as an ideal stop over with great value for money.
Once more thank you for your hospitality!!!...

SCAM! Please Stay Away!

Huge Warning to tourists that even look past this hotel! They will do there best to scam you. I made a reservation and paid more then 1 grand of euros to be denied and have the hotel want to pocket the cash. Now I have to talk to the center of commerce, and try to get my money back from this hotel. Ruined my trip to Florence! Please be advised....

Super friendly staff! They are even into a joke. Roomnumber 13 :-). They clean the rooms them every day. Also towels and sheets. Very well located. Nearby the trainstation and all the highlights of Florence. No problem to find a restaurant or a shop what means you can find everything in de neighborhood. Super!!...

The pretty room we booked, was not the room we got!! !Instead we got a spartan room, no pictures on the walls, one chair and a desk. The shower was so tiny, you could barely turn around,. There was no place to even put the soap down. No place to hang towels either! The blow dryer did not work and when we asked for a replacement, we got another that could not plug in the wall!

Very good budget hotel a few minutes from the main railway station of Florence. The hotel is simple, but the balcony had a small balcony overlooking the dome of the Duomo. Lots of light and tranquility. The breakfast was also quite good. Ideal to stay near the center at a reasonable price....
