We stayed in December ,during our road trip in Europe!
It was an Amazing stay for its category.
Upon our arrival Slim at the reception was super helpful with his information.
Ivan at the check out was very polite ,both of them very welcome!!!
The room was very clean,the location was perfect,the breakfast was very good.
Definitely recommended!!!...

Not relaxing to say the least the small pool full youngsters crashing in

The swimming pool is too noise people are shouting splashing water no safety ither and jumping in the water without any respect for the other guests and the houses surrounding the pool yes ! While your try to sunbathing with earplugs you have all the Italian staring behind the curtains of their flats ,better go camping than this belive me...

Conveniently located about 10mn walk from the city Center and close to the train station, it has a laundry closeby. The breakfast is really nice, staff is very helpful. The bathroom is a bit small and the shower could have done with a deep clean, but overall we had a pleasant stay!...

A well maintained hotel with friendly staff who were enthusiastic in helping. We visited as a school group of 24 and were all located conveniently to each other in the hotel. The staff, in particular Red (the night receptionist), Gisele (day time reception) and Paola (breakfast) were incredibly helpful and friendly. Totally rude sCustomer service and very disrespectfull look at the conversations with employee.
They say they delete your pictures of TLZ but they do not! Do not go with car or you will get a fine!!
Nice location in the center of Florence but the lieing servents make it bad!...
