This is quite a good Hilton and well positioned in the suburbs of Florence between the airport and city centre. There is a park right across the road (great for kids to run around) and a small shopping centre nearby with a grocery store and some food outlets. Also within walking distance of the City centre / Airport tram connection which is a plus. Rooms are basic but comfortable, however there seems to be a shortage...

Nice clean hotel. The young lady at front desk whose name I cannot remember was very nice and helpful. Location is also calm and good with easy access to tram station that takes you directly to city center. We tried the restaurant once for some drinks and snacks which were ok though the gentleman at the bar could have been more friendly. A good place to stay in Florence. I was worried about the hotel being outside of the historic centre of the city but it was very easy to get the tram into town, the stop is a 5 min walk from the hotel and its only 1.70 euro for a ticket. Staff were all very friendly and the whole place is exactly what you expect from a Hilton. The room was big & very nice. Great sleep quality. Highly recommended hotel!...

Good choice in Florence

We stayed three nights. I got suite upgrade as Diamond member. The AC was controlled by the front desk, but it worked fine. Location is very good - tram ride away from airport and several good restaurants nearby. We appreciated self serve laundry, albeit the dryer was not drying well. It was free as long as you have your own washing powder; otherwise it was 7 euro for a little detergent pod....

Perfect location for a Florence vacation

My wife and I went to this hotel as part of our vow renewal honeymoon and they were overly nice and helpful! We were greeted and recognized as Hilton Honors members. Their breakfast every morning was amazing. If you sit outside you have a beautiful view of a Florence mountain. Absolutely beautiful to have that as one of the 1st things you see and to start your day off with. We had dinner there as well and it was DELI...
