Perfect hotel, perfect location,

Wonderful, fantastic, exceptional hotel and staff.
We stayed here for 5 nights and loved every minute of it.
The location is perfect, a short walk to all of the main sights.
The rooms are wonderful, comfortable and beautiful.
The front desk and all staff are exceptional!
We highly recommend this hotel and cant wait to go back!...

The hotel is very centrally located, within easy walking distance of everything in central historical Florence. The staff is excellent - very welcoming. The lobby is a sight in itself. The rooms are nice and very comfortable (we stayed in the new Bristol side of the hotel so I cant speak about the rooms in the older Helvetia side but they were recently remodeled). This is a wonderful hotel with the best location central to everything!! I stayed her with my daughter and we both agreed we would stay here again. We have a two room suite with two bathrooms which was great for us in the morning when getting ready to go out on our adventures. One of our Top 5 Hotels - Perfect Location

Helvetia & Bristol is one of our top 5 favorite hotels. We stayed at the property 23 years ago on our honeymoon and it was even better than we remembered. The staff on this particular visit were all very friendly and accommodating and our room was perfect!
The hotel is centrally located within shorts walks to all the major points of interest, but also quiet and away from the crowds.

A lovely grand hotel in the heart of Florence that felt like a boutique hotel. Attentive, very friendly and vey helpful staff and all spoke English. Concierge was very helpful with dining recommendations. Rooms were well furnished and quite lavish decor. You can choose from the Helvetia side or Bristol one more contemporary feel fyi.
