The hotel has an exquisite typical Florentine taste. The receptions staff has been very useful and helped us in getting around the city and discovering all the hidden gems and if you feel tired at night you can eat at the restaurant. Also suggested to try to the SPA....

Where to start with our amazing stay at this beautiful hotel? I guess at the beginning!
The hotel staff gave us a very warm and friendly welcome when we checked in. We were escorted to our room which was gorgeous. It was small but thats to be expected for the most part in Europe.
The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom although small, felt luxurious.

Absolutely wonderful! Such an amazing staff! Beautiful hotel in a great convenient location! The room was fabulous, as well as the entire hotel. This hotel has so much to offer, with many several options to sit and enjoy a drink. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! I truly cant wait to stay here again!...

Wonderful, fantastic, exceptional hotel and staff.
We stayed here for 5 nights and loved every minute of it.
The location is perfect, a short walk to all of the main sights.
The rooms are wonderful, comfortable and beautiful.
The front desk and all staff are exceptional!
We highly recommend this hotel and cant wait to go back!...
