Nice stay

Nice sized room, good water pressure, clean upon arrival. It was a classic style, nothing extra fancy or elaborate but nice and everything worked just fine during a 2 night stay. It had a desk area and a separate area to sit or use for luggage. The breakfast offered was fine, probably better than other hotel breakfasts in the area but definitely not lacking....

Awful freezing cold rooms

Awful hotel. Our room was freezing and the management didnt care. We asked to have room heat and they said they couldnt turn it on. The bathroom toilet leaked and the bathroom door wouldnt close without a lot of force. We also had to go up 2 elevators and walk to the far end of the hotel.
The dining room service was very good. The cleaning staff was very sweet!...

Great for sightseeing of Florence. Good value , good breakfast. Only downside is the bathrooms are tiny....

Excellent spot to rest and recover after a hectic sightseeing day in beautiful Florence. Hotel was well appointed and very clean with attentive staff and an excellent choice of breakfasts for all visitors. Rooms were quiet and enough comfort to ensure a good nights sleep....

Wonderful stay, room and breakfast. We stayed 7 nights and were very happy. Staff and room great. We had a bigger room which was very nice. The fresh juice in the morning was the best and we will highly recommend. Wish there was a gym, that would have made it over the top!...
