What a beautiful hotel the service was impeccable. The staff so friendly and helpful too. The rooms were very clean the breskfast was wonderful too. It is the oldest hotel in Florence, and I would recommend anyone to stay at The Grand Hotel Baglioni. Thank you. Jewel...

The Hotel Gran Baglioni is located within a very short walk to the Florence train station. The hotel is a restored historical building. Our room was a bit small, yet very quiet with very good housekeeping and a nice bathroom. The elevator service is not very good with at least 50% of the elevator cars out of service during the entire stay. The hotel room included a very good daily buffet break with all of the fixings...

A beautiful hotel. The staff could not do enough to help. The room was stunning and spacious.
The hotel is decorated to fit its historical background. The roof garden is beautiful but could do with a little TLC. The views from here are amazing especially at sunset. This is also where you will find the restaurant so you can a meal with a view of Florence. Breakfast is designed to suit all and is replenished quickly. ...

I had the worst experience with the very bad mannered personnel during my staying în 2023, four years after an agreable first visit în 2019.
First of all the receptionist in his hallow disgusting italian superiority was not paying attention to what I was saying while acting as it was me who didn't understand.
