Perfect hotel for a short break in Florence

What a great hotel. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed it immensely. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, particularly Daniele and Lourdes in the restaurant.
The view from the restaurant was stunning. The hotel is very convenient for seeing all the sights and also for the train station.
Its over 100 years old and an amazing building. Would love to go back. Highly recommend it!!...

Wonderful 3 nights, walking distance to the cathedral, close to many fantastic restaurants, wonderful view from the B-Roof, nice room with courtyard view, mixture of old-world decor and modern convenience.
Only complaint - no hot water at certain times....

Perfect Location, Perfect Rooftop! This Hotel is in walking distance to Santa Maria Novella Train Station, making it very convenient. Hotel Staff was very helpful and accommodating for our Wedding Room block and helped give out our Welcome Bags.
the B roof is very beautiful with amazing views of the Duomo and Florence, they also have music making our afterparty to our rehearsal dinner very fun! We found it very easy ...

A grand hotel of a bygone era that reflects the style of the city where it is located with an accent on service. Being greeted with "bentornato" at check in by friendly staff that remembers your name and room preferences is a sign of extraordinary hospitality. Richly furnished rooms, central location, breathtaking rooftop restaurant make it hard to beat...

What a beautiful hotel the service was impeccable. The staff so friendly and helpful too. The rooms were very clean the breskfast was wonderful too. It is the oldest hotel in Florence, and I would recommend anyone to stay at The Grand Hotel Baglioni. Thank you. Jewel...
