The hotel was very convenient to the city center - 10-15 minute walk. Great for a car as there is a parking lot on site. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Special thanks to Alessio, Massimo, and Francesca (front desk), Elena from housekeeping and the housekeeping supervisor did a great job as room was kept very clean and they were very responsive to special requests. A well used hotel particularly with tour groups particularly American groups, just a short walk from the main railway station. So if you are coming to or going from the main station its about a 10 minute walk. I found it to be quite a safe area although I would be careful late at night.

Very happy with this place no complaints at all from me,I got 3 rooms with double bed but one room had a single bed something got mixed up but that was not end of the world was a great stay nice and clean and comfortable,the heater aircon kept Turing on and would be better if it was my own choice to have it on or not,location is perfect...

This hotel seems to do a lot of tour business. There were at least two large tour groups there. That made for some long wait times when the groups were checking out/in.
The hotel is pretty dated, but our room was large and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and large. The pillows were very comfortable and a pillow menu was available.

The manager of the hotel was quick to resolve our issue. We came here for our 30th Wedding Anniversary. This is a very quaint hotel with excellent service. It is central to several shops and restaurants. We would be happy to return and visit in the future!!!!!!...
