I booked Hotel Embassy on behalf of my parents who were travelling Italy for 2 weeks. Prior to their stay the hotel was very communitive/helpful but did respond. Upon their arrival they were aware that they had to pay for parking but found it cheeky that it was parking within the hotel and not external. Hotel fantastico,non si può dire nulla la pulizia e ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ,la stanza è molto grande e spaziosa(era una stanza per 4 persone) i bagni puliti e compresi di phon (non come quello classico degli altri hotel e navi)personale molto gentile e qualificato. Consiglio molto questo hotel a tutti....

Très bel hôtel situé à deux pas de la gâre centrale de Florence (S.M. Novella) On est resté 4 jours pour un long weekend au coeur de la Toscane, et franchement, cela nous a fait un long weekend de rêve. La décoration des espaces en commun est superbe, le petit déjeuner est riche et de qualité, notre chambre avait l'air très recemment renouvelée dans un style moderne et precieux. Posto in pieno centro vicino a tutte le attrazioni... ottimo! La struttura è bellissima. Stanza comoda e pulita. Staff cordiale e generoso. Bella esperienza a Firenze. Lo consiglio a chiunque vuole fare un bellissimo soggiorno in questa città...

Hotel vicino la stazione e a pochi minuti dal centro, molto bello ed elegante. Camere curate nei minimi dettagli, profumatissime e molto pulite. Personale sempre a disposizione, educate e molto cortese. Colazione continentale con vasto assortimento....
