We were greeted with a warm, patient smile of Federico, after a long and delayed flight....it was nice to see. He promptly allocated us our rooms with a warm welcome smile. He was very efficient and yet very patient with us.
The following day we were greeted by lovely Martine, my husband asked her best shopping areas to go to and general questions...very very helpful.

The hotel is pristine and well kept, everything was so elegant and it gives you a perfect Italian vibe. The staff has been helpful and very nice to us, also suggesting things to do and places to eat in the area. They made us feel at home. I had a great time during my stay at Hotel Embassy. The staff is super friendly and ready to help. And the hotel is nice and had all that I needed for a perfect stay.
But the best feature for me has to be location: right in the centre of Florence, close to all the main touristic attractions.
I will definitely stay at Hotel Embassy again for my next holiday in Florence...

I booked Hotel Embassy on behalf of my parents who were travelling Italy for 2 weeks. Prior to their stay the hotel was very communitive/helpful but did respond. Upon their arrival they were aware that they had to pay for parking but found it cheeky that it was parking within the hotel and not external. Pulizia ottima e personale sempre gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza.
Colazione ricca con opzioni sia per vegani che per celiaci (con possibilità di prepararsi autonomamente i pancakes)
Parcheggio privato davvero comodo....
