Despite some minor issues with the internet, (which was beyond anyone's control. The staff at this hotel will make every effort to ensure the comfort and well-being of the customers. This includes the restaurant staff, the cleaning ladies and the front desk. We will definitely be back. Thank you...

It located next to Hermas and is walking distance to go Cattedral di Santa Maria del Fiore. Overall the hotel feel a bit out-dated, reception person feel like not happy with their job but they are good actually room provide everythings we need the breakfasts was nice!...

This hotel is charming, clean, beautiful, and very well maintained. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was also delicious. The happy hour was great as well and a perfect way to end the day. The location was perfect! I highly recommend this hotel!...

We got a junior suite. It did not look like as nice as the room on the website, but was adequate. Everything was a little worn. In the morning, the hotel lost hot water, so no hot shower, but this I'm sure is rare. Luckily I had showered before they lost it. They need better hairdryers. The staff was trying their best. They held our luggage before and after checkout, which was nice. The bar area is very nice and...

Really can't see how this hotel has been rated so highly. If quaint is what you require without any modern touches, then this is the hotel for you. No tea and coffee facilities in your room in a country which, loves coffee. No usb charging points, which with the number of devices used today is strange.
