Worst hotel ever and Ive been traveling for the past 30 years of my life. I emailed them one month before my arrival that we will not be 3 people anymore, we are only 2. They didnt change us to a smaller room or even give us a discount for only 2 people. I stayed for 6 nights at this hotel. Its a good location to walk in Firenze. The room was comfortable. I wasnt really impressed with the breakfast. It Italy and the coffee was out of a machine. The bar was never open. The desk staff were fun and helpful to me. About a 5-7 min walk to the train station....

Great Location for a Hotel in Florence and thats it really. The bar did not open in the evening and the room was ok. Breakfast was fraught as if you are not the first up choices were either slow at being replaced or you had to prompt the waiting staff for that choice which meant you had to wait. Perfect location if you want to be near to the main attractions. Buses, trains and trams at the top of the road, so easy to get around. Staff are friendly and happy to help with anything. Rooms are cleaned daily and are very comfortable. Breakfast had enough to set you up for the start of our busy day. Hotel is quiet so perfect to rest after bust sightseeing days....

Hotel was clean and welcoming with good recommendations where to go and eat. The breakfast was as described and adequate.
