This is one of the best preserved original places of beautiful Florence and it has beed a wonderful and magic experience for my family and my group of friends. We all fell in love with its decoration and for the incredible amount of original artworks displayed everywhere. Each single area hides items decorating these beautiful spaces with harmony and elegant taste.

A throughout magic boutique hotel in the centre of Florence . The decor style is unique rooms comfortable and silent. I really enjoyed the rooftop, the bar and the breakfast. The staff was helpful and kind

I spent a long holiday in Florence and stayed in this gem of hotel. Thank you for the kind staff I really felt at home. The breakfast was really good with lots of cakes , I enjoyed the evening at the bar with good cocktails and music. The room was well decorated I really enjoyed my stay there in florence...

Staff friendly
Nice little seating areas throughout the hotel
Beds are comfortable and the room was a good size.
Breakfast had a good selection.
Hotel location is good.
Negatives
The bathroom smelt of damp and there was black mould especially around the window and on the curtains.

We throughly enjoyed our 6 night stay at this lovely , charming hotel. Its clean , comfortable and unique. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and will help you with anything. The reception staff are so nice and helpful.
