Overall not bad but there was a reluctance in the service / facilities exemplified by the absence of a kettle etc in the room. It was supplied on request but with disposable cups, a limited array of tea etc and no milk. We were told to ask at the bar for milk where the bartender reluctantly and slowly gave us a pathetic quantity not even filling the very small espresso cup in which it was provided. Staff is professional, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Fully stocked bar. Rooftop sitting area Five star experience for us. Walking distance to everything in the city center, including terrific restaurants. Well be back...

Met my friend and stayed at your beautiful hotel. The staff was superb, they really know what they are doing, made the stay so special and felt like old friends. The room was very nicely furnished, bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Both Tommaso at the front of the house and Alessandro behind the bar were wonderful. What an amazing stay! Perfect location with rooms facing the very romantic river. A beautiful welcome champagne and fruit tray and an amazing view. The front staff were so accommodating and pleasant -went over the top with their kindness and hospitality. The room was very clean, large, well appointed, w/comfortable beds.
Breakfast was perfect -a large assortment of fruits, drinks, pastries.

Stayed here on the recommendation of good friends and we werent disappointed. Location was excellent. Room was very good with a great view of the river and the Ponte Vecchio. Hotel style is old school but it was great. Breakfast was very good and service staff were excellent. We arrived early from Rome by train and room was ready for us at 12:00 which was fantastic....
