The hotel is in an amazing location, not in the tourist center, but you can get there in a few minutes by bus, and there are bus stops less than 2 minutes from the hotel. A very comfortable, functional and affordable hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was always serviced to a very high standard. The location is ideal to get into the centre of Firenze....

This hotel is located close to everything we wanted to see in Florence. The room was clean. We really miss having a facecloth in the bathroom but we slept well without traffic noise and were able to walk to all the sites easily....

Good hotel!

Good hotel. Having 3 stars but better than a lot of 4 star hotels. Beds are good, shower also nice. The view of the room was great. Also a big plus that they have a small shop inside with some snacks and drinks. Its a 15 minute walk to the main attractions of the city....

This was a great location for meeting up with a tour group. There is a grocery store, pharmacy, and other shopping nearby. Rooms were clean with great views of the city. The woman at service desk was kind, remembered who I was and very efficient. ...
