From the moment we arrived and until we departed the staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were immaculate and clean. Breakfast was amazing. Great value for money and would certainly visit again when in the area. It deserves more tgan 5 stars and not deserving of the poor reviews written on here. First class...

I was there to visit my son and the location was five minutes from his host family. It was a great location and easy to navigate to and from. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing! ...

The hotel is in an amazing location, not in the tourist center, but you can get there in a few minutes by bus, and there are bus stops less than 2 minutes from the hotel. A very comfortable, functional and affordable hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was always serviced to a very high standard. The location is ideal to get into the centre of Firenze....

Great Location

This hotel is located close to everything we wanted to see in Florence. The room was clean. We really miss having a facecloth in the bathroom but we slept well without traffic noise and were able to walk to all the sites easily....
