we stayed here over new years and we were super happy. the vibe was cool, the rooms were clean and the staff was great, helpful and friendly. the bar was open 24/7 (it really was) and the drinks were also tasty. we didnt have breakfast but it looked good. the only thing that was a little strange was how loud it was in the room during the day. we think it was the vents because it was extremely windy when it was loud a...

Excellent, kind and thoughtful staff; Jenny, Thomas and Adrianna gave us a lovely welcome upon check in and advices on notable places to eat and also great service at the bar!
The hotel has a cool, quirky vibe. Nice decor and spacious rooms. Would recommend and visit again when in Düsseldorf....

The beautiful thing about this hotel is the elegant treatment of the receptionist, especially Joanna, and her colleagues Adriana and Stefana. They are very elegant and in a respectful manner. Other than that, it is an ordinary hotel, and with regard to the price, it is quite expensive without breakfast. We didn't stay there, we only had a few drinks and cocktails but we liked everything so much, especially the treatment of the staff and Clare, who was super friendly and super attentive, who helped us at all times. The cocktails are super good and super special. Everything was amazing....
