The worst hotel i have been , they are racist , when they saw that i was foreigner they start to treat ke very bad, i forgot my su glasses and they told me i had to wait 10 days to get at home, i called and i spine with 6 different persons i also sended my credit card for the cost but i repeat when they understood that i am foreigner they make to me many problems

Well the hotel is nice, but be careful of their crazy 100% cancellation policy. I needed to change hotels to be with the rest of my group, but they said the policy was the policy and even 3 weeks out I was unable to cancel the reservation. I would NEVER stay here again....

Nice hotel in center of Düsseldorf Germany.

Friendly and helpful staff. Large selection of pleasant food for breakfast with juices, coffee etc. Great view from the window. Room was a good size, clean. Hotel located the nice area in center of Düsseldorf. In walking distance from Ko-Park....

Cons;
My coffee machine was covered in BACTERIA. Reported it to reception, who seemed embarrassed and said it shouldnt be like that. Receptionist asked me to email photos to the Manager. It wasnt cleaned or replaced during my four day stay and the Manager still hasnt contacted me.
Bed was like sleeping on a concrete floor.
A/C Was non existent.

Clean and tidy hotel well situated for train, tram and subway. Old Town area a 10min walk away. Friendly bar staff and reception too. Air conditioning in rooms didnt seem to work effectively and the iron wasnt very hot in the room we had. Adjoining room with internal connecting door was useful as we had 2 rooms...
