Too expensive for what they deliver.
The air conditioning malfunctioned. on day one. I woke up in the middle of the night and the air conditioning had turned itself off. The engineer who came to fix it didn't know the system as it was newly installed.
Hot tip : Do not leave any valuables in the room and make sure to take your valuables with you at all times....

Amazing hotel and cant fault anything.
Visited for a couple if nights for a business trip. The hotel had great service overall and the rooms were well maintained. The breakfast and especially the barista coffees at breakfast were excellent. Furthermore the hotel provides access to a well maintained gym.
The hotel is situated in a great area on the Königsallee.

We stayed for 3 nights in the middle of a several week trip through Germany and the Netherlands and it was the highlight of all the hotels on the trip.
We booked a superior room with city view and requested a high floor to be away from the noise. The pleasant young staff at reception did everything to make our stay a delight. Compliments to such an efficient and friendly young team!

What an amazing hotel from start to finish we stayed here for 13 nights spread over a few visits during the Euros
The minute we walked in to the large airy reception area and the doormen took our bags the service was impeccable.
All staff were so accommodating and so professional and polite

The hotel is located on a very beautiful street. There are many shops around and it is pleasant to walk around the street. The hotel room is comfortable. The room I stayed in had both a shower and a bathtub. The bed was big and comfortable. Pillows were soft.
