If you are expecting four star luxury then Villa Peric Studios are not for you. If you need a lovely quiet space to rest your head after a day exploring in the sun then it certainly is. Yolanda (I trust I have her name correct) the host, will do anything to make your stay a pleasant one.

Good clean basic property - nice quiet location, but handy for travelling into the old town, Lapad peninsula and islands.
The property owner Alen was great - very helpful and responsive and had lots of useful maps, tips for Dubrovnik City Passes, shops and places to explore.
Studio flat was basic, but equipped with all the essentials and the owner left some welcome groceries. A cafetiere would have been nice, but...

I have just returned from a 7 day stay here. My partner and I stayed Sunday to Sunday.
The family who run it are lovely. They were around from 7am - about 10am every morning to be of assistance to us. They provided clean towels throughout our stay and toilet paper. The studios are basic but have everything you need for a holiday. The fridge was stocked with some basics on arrival, and one day the owner kindly brought us some cake she'd made. Beds were comfortable. Possible improvements could be a large bed cover than just a small duvet cover, and access to the pool downstairs.

Nice family run business, all of whom found time to come and chat to us over the course of our stay, there is also a very friendly pet tortoise.
The studio apartment was basic, but that suits us and also clean (we stayed in number 1). As mentioned in other reviews the owners provide a very useful little welcome pack of food essentials.
