Beautiful hotel spacious room and every where is spotless. Staff friendly and obliging . Great choice and good quality food . Very central and easy walking distance to the old town. Definitely stay away from taxis total rip off Uber or public transport the way to go...

Spent a week in Dubrovnik and this was a great base. Only 5 minutes bus ride to the Old City with bus stop outside hotel
Room was clean and spacious with plenty of storage space and a comfortable bed.
Breakfast was excellent and also had one buffet dinner at the hotel which was good value and also one lunch at the hotel.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, booking a day trip for me and also providing breakfast ...

The location is just fine as it was near a bus stop and a nearby beach. Old town City is also a 25-minute walk, or by bus just 5 mins. A dubrovnik pass would be really convenient.
The rooms are spacious and clean, has wide toilet and bath and i am thankful to have a Balcony which is facing pool. The pool is also ok, wifi is strong.

Terrible hotel... avoid !
To many coachloads of people, restaurant couldn't cope, food nearly the same every night. Staff rude, unfriendly and unhelpful (Especially restaurant staff).. executive room small, couldn't see anything from balcony as glass covered up. This is a good hotel for those looking for a place that is away from the crowd but yet reachable to all the central attraction in Dubrovnik within a short walk. Rooms are adequate and not too small to move around. Meanwhile, the choices at the morning buffet is good too.
