Fantastic hotel - clean in every part. Sheets changed every other day. Chocolate on your pillow every night. Amazing breakfast choices. Very quiet. Beautiful views. Easy access to buses into Dubrovnik that run every 10 minutes. Local restaurants in easy walking distance....

Spent 4 nights here for my daughters 18th Birthday. They upgraded us to a sea view room which was huge, massive bedroom, dressing area, dual washbasin bathroom. Room had bathrobes, slippers, mini bar, coffee machine. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Cave bar and terrace lovely for a drink. Steps down to reception could be a problem for people with mobility issues. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained and the housekeeping team are excellent ! Our room (317) was a good size but the balcony had no view and was directly above kitchens so odours and noise were an issue at times. Shocking Wi-Fi

If you are here on part business part holiday dont reply on a Wi-Fi connection to do any work or check mail its shocking for a 5* hotel and I use 5* loosely just not acceptable.Most staff superb especially restaurant staff,reception staff a bit surly.
No umbrellas on the 5th floor pool all removed....
