I had to move unexpectedly during my stay in Dubrovnik and as there was a vacancy in this gorgeous villa nearby I decided to spend on it. My corner room was large with a balcony and elegant bathroom. I had previously admired the exquisite pool in the secluded garden and could now swim in it. The total lenght is even 20 meters and the seawater is changed every evening....

In a nice location with easy public transport and walking possibilities. The room that we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. Anita at reception was very helpful. The only slight downside was that the breakfast became a bit repetitive after a few days....

Pretty old building with large, well appointed room. Anita, the manageress could not have been more helpful, proving details of travel and local amenities. The hotel had no restaurant but arranged breakfast just around the corner. Beautiful promenade around the bay very nearby and many good restaurants. We loved our stay at Villa Filaus. The house has been converted very nicely to accommodate individual suites. Anita was so sweet at checkin and provided a map which was very helpful. Parking is super convenient on property and you wont need your car the entire trip. You can walk everywhere!! Beautiful pool and gardens. The breakfast is SO good! A great location near the beautiful Lapad Bay which is a short, mainly pedestrianised, walk away. It is a 10 minute bus ride to the old town, pleased we stayed here, best of both worlds - there are lots of lovely bars and restaurants by the sea nearby.
