After a few hiccups with the room key we had a lovely stay. The staff in the Ginger Moon Restaurant were very attentive. Jordy helped enormously and also Tarawa, Zulina and Jaya helped make our stay special. The staff throughout the hotel Andrew who helped us settle into our room with the luggage and all the reception staff. Thank you, you have a lovely hotel....

W brand they get it right

We stayed at W Barcelona once before and founa
the same atmosphere in this Dubai equivalent
Very comfortable, spacious, and a great vibe
around the place. Service faultless from
management and all the teams involved below
that level .. like one big team at your service from
the beginning to end of your stay
We'd definitely choose the W brand again...

We stayed at the W Mina for 10 nights and it was amazing, the rooms are lovely, the resort is gorgeous - we loved the fact we could use all facilities in The Meridien and The Westin too. All food was absolutely delicious!
All staff in the W were so attentive but particularly up at The Wet pool area/ Ginger Moon. One member of staff made our stay particularly special and that was all down to Sky! I cannot thank him ...

Very luxurious and beautiful hotel. Very polite and professional staff, especially Amar on the reception. He knows everything about hotel and about hospitality, and he was very kind and polite. Our registration and check-in was very fast and very comfortable. Exceptional service provided by Amar left really pleasant and amazing impression. He was ready for help 24/7.

I recently returned from a lovely relaxing stay at the W Dubai - Mina Seyahi. The staff at this hotel are superb and we enjoyed fanastic service throughout our stay, with a particular mention for the staff in Ginger Moon. The food was gorgeous, and our hotel room was just as we expected, with great furnishings and a super view. I would highly recommend this hotel....
