excellent stay, relaxing environment, restaurants are perfect and diversified. Hotel design is memorable, it combines old and modern style. access to full resort is amazing makes it unique to enjoy three hotels at the same time. aqua park is excellent for family visit....

Amazing service and kindness from the ginger moon team! Grambhir and Min were so thorougtful and amazing!! Highly recommend the W hotel! The room and amnesties were so good and the staff were amazing!! Would suggest this hotel to everyone, caters to all needs!...

We stayed for 11 nights from the 10th of December in a King Spectacular room on half board dine around. We arrived on an early flight from the UK, we only had to wait an hour for our room to be ready which gave us the opportunity to have a wander around the 3 hotel areas and get some supplies from the supermarket across the road. Music, food, service-everything was perfect.
Special thanks to Jordy for his dedication and friendly vibe.
I would definitely recommend this spot for couples or friends for nice evening.
During the day was live band with excellent performance.
Would love to come back again....
