We came for the a Christmas Night Dinner their team was great and also their food was fantastic. We are not giving it five stars because I lacked the Christmas ambiance we were hoping for but the palace has an amazing potential.
They food and drinks were amazing as well as the service!...

Overpriced and Under Maintained Hotel

For a 5 star hotel, you need to pay for a bucket of Ice. Reminds me of Ibis Hotel in Batam Island but cheaper there.
Room AC is not working.
Jacuzzi in the spa area is not fully functional.
Chef dont know other station serving what food in the Market Place.
Pool Bar over priced and underrated servers. (Shisha server)
Pool toilet cannot be locked and cannot be flushed....

Excellent hotel

I want to thank Mr. Nagy Nagaty ( hotel manager ) for all the efforts he had done to make our stay joyful, comfortable and memorable. He took excellent care of us from first day until checkout, he is really helpful and professional, we really appreciate.
Also, I want to mention that, the hotel was very nice, clean with amazing views and in a great central location just short walking distance to Burj Khalifa and Duba...

What a wonderful trip and absolutely beautiful hotel with amazing staff, and I do mean amazing. Bishoy went above and beyond each morning to make sure our breakfast experience was hassle free, always, always treating us as though we were the only patrons there. Every day some parties around. Many restaurants, bars and clubs. Rooms are nice but too open bathrooms while traveling with friend. Spa is nice. Breakfast good and staff very helpful (especially thanks to coffee barista & Deepak&his team)....
